General Terms & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between p55 Baji ("p55", "we", "us") and each member ("you", "member") who uses our platform. By registering on p55 or using our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

P55 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. We offer Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, fishing games, and lottery services to users in Bangladesh.

Important: These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify you via your registered email or through an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to: (a) our website p55-baji.com; (b) the p55 mobile application; and (c) all p55 services and products.

Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with p55, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Minimum age 18 years old is required.

KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by uploading a copy of your National ID (NID) or passport. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out by another person using your account remains your responsibility.

P55 reserves the right to reject any registration at any time, without being required to provide a reason.

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions on p55 must be conducted through valid, registered payment methods. Currently supported options:

  • Deposits must be made from your own payment account.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such funds may be returned.
  • Whenever possible, please withdraw using the same payment method you used to make your deposit.
  • P55 reserves the right to review suspicious transactions and may temporarily hold withdrawals while an investigation is in progress.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy: p55 strictly adheres to international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated account may be permanently closed.

Betting Rules & Validity

Before placing a bet on p55, please make sure you fully understand the following rules:

Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless p55 identifies a technical error. Changes may be possible in live betting up until the event begins.

Odds fluctuation: Odds in live betting change in real time. Your bet will be settled at the odds that were in effect at the exact moment it was recorded in the system.

Bet cancellation scenarios: If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or not rescheduled within 72 hours of the original start time, all related bets will be voided and stakes will be refunded in full.

  • For any match, the result recognised by the official authority shall be deemed final.
  • If the outcome of a match is subsequently revised — for example, following an official review — p55 may settle the affected bets in accordance with the updated result.
  • P55 reserves the right to suspend any bet and launch an investigation if match-fixing or fraud is suspected.
  • Arbitrage betting or attempting to guarantee a profit by placing opposing bets on the same event is strictly prohibited.

All p55 games are powered by internationally certified RNG. It is technically impossible for us to manipulate the outcome of any game.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

To enjoy p55's various bonus offers, the following conditions must be met:

  • Single bonus policy: As a general rule, more than one deposit bonus cannot be active at the same time.
  • Wagering: Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Specific wagering requirements (typically 1x–5x) must be met first.
  • Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • Game restrictions: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific games or sections.
  • Single person / device: Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same person, household, or IP address is strictly prohibited.

Bonus Abuse: Any proven attempt to abuse the bonus system — such as creating multiple accounts or submitting false information — will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

P55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice. However, the existing terms of any already-active bonus will not be altered.

Responsible Gaming Policy

P55 places the highest importance on responsible betting. We believe betting is purely a form of entertainment — not a source of income.

P55 encourages all members to make use of the following tools:

  • Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
  • Spending Limit: Set a loss limit in advance to cap how much you can lose within a given period.
  • Taking a break: If needed, temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
  • Self-exclusion: If you feel gambling is getting out of control, you can request a permanent account closure.

Account Closure & Dispute Resolution

P55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Registering with false information or operating multiple accounts.
  • Abuse of the bonus system or any fraudulent activity.
  • Involvement in match-fixing or any illegal activity.
  • Attempting to exploit hacking methods or technical vulnerabilities.
  • Harassing or threatening other members.
  • By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Dispute resolution: If you disagree with any decision, submit a written complaint to support@p55-baji.com within 30 days. p55 will investigate and respond within 14 business days.

You may also request account closure at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the p55 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, images, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of p55 and is protected under international copyright law.

  • Republishing, selling, or using any p55 content for commercial purposes without permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Limited use of content is permitted for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
  • Using the p55 name or logo to promote any third-party product or service is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

P55 is not liable for the following:

  • Loss of bets due to internet connectivity issues or third-party server disruptions.
  • Any loss resulting from you personally disclosing your account information.
  • Services may become restricted due to legal or regulatory changes affecting online betting in your country or region.

However, if an error occurs on a bet due to p55's own technical fault, we will make every reasonable effort to correct it.

Policy on Changes to Terms & Conditions

P55 may update these Terms at any time to reflect business needs, regulatory changes, or service improvements. When changes are made:

  • For significant changes, a notification will be sent at least 7 days in advance.
  • For minor changes, only this page will be updated with the revised date noted.
  • Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
